Terms of service

1. Offers
All offers are non-binding. Quotations based on incomplete specifications are considered indicative.

2. Prices
Confirmed prices remain subject to change until the time of delivery. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

3. Liability / Defect Claims
Complaints regarding quality and workmanship must be made within 5 working days; quantity discrepancies must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. For defects reported in due time, the manufacturer guarantees correction or replacement of faultless goods up to the original order value (remedy). Claims for rescission or reduction are excluded. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded, subject to mandatory provisions of the Swiss Product Liability Act.

4. Inspection and Complaints
Inspection is carried out in accordance with industry standards. Quantity deviations for individually manufactured products are permitted within the following tolerance: +/- 1–5 ml. Within these tolerances, the buyer is obliged to accept the goods and pay the full price.

5. Deliveries
For orders of CHF 375 or more, delivery is free of charge; for orders up to CHF 374, a delivery fee applies.

6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Hanke & Co. KLG until full payment has been received.

7. Terms of Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days net from the invoice date. After the due date, customary default interest will be charged.

8. Binding Nature
Only the wording of our written and signed offer/order confirmation is binding. Any amendments must also be made in writing by us.

9. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.

10. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. For the validity and scope of the retention of title of goods destined for export, the law of the destination country applies. Price and product changes reserved.
